Booking Terms & Conditions

HOUSE RULES

  • IMPORTANT: Snow falls from roof regularly. DO NOT walk or stand underneath sloped roof

  • Please park in designated parking (DO NOT drive down driveway during winter)

  • No smoking

  • No parties or events

  • No animals

  • 4 Guests maximum (5 guests if additional bed purchased)

  • Please respect our neighbours and other guests. Keep noise to a minimum after 9pm

  • Please wash any used dishes and use the bins provided for your rubbish.

  • Please take off shoes and ski/snowboard boots in the entrance area. Slippers are provided for inside use.

  • Snowboards / Skis / Bikes / Sporting equipment to be kept in designated drying / storage areas in the entrance area.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Full refund for cancellations made prior to 60 days before check-in, less $60 administration fee and credit card charges.

  • 60-45 day's notice given - 50% of the total booking value will be charged

  • Less than 45 days notice - you will be charged 100% of the total booking value.

  • PLEASE NOTE If you have booked via Mountain Watch, Airbnb or Booking.com, their Terms and Conditions apply to the booking.

DAMAGES / LIABILITY

  • In the event of any damage caused to buildings or contents, the guest is liable for all associated costs to repair or replace.

  • Oku Cabins Madarao takes no responsbility against any injuries that may arise at the property.
